Billy joins the IT team as the System Administrator at Evoke Advisors. He brings over 15 years of experience in administering IT infrastructures, project management, cyber security, streamlining operations, developing processes and troubleshooting.

Billy received his B.S. in Computer Science from Cal State Fullerton. In his spare time he is an avid photographer, community leader, and artist from the South East Los Angeles (SELA) art community.
